Meet Ari
I’ve been in the training field since 2015, with experience in both a physical therapy clinic and a sports conditioning facility, as well as an online and in-person fitness coach. This range of work has given me a strong foundation in proper movement, recovery, and long-term injury prevention, and it continues to shape the way I approach every session.
I’ve worked with clients from ages 3 to 65, each bringing their own goals, challenges, and strengths. I take pride in creating detailed, individualized programs that meet people exactly where they are — whether they’re focused on building strength, improving agility, increasing speed and power, managing weight, or simply moving and feeling better in their daily lives.
